Due to COVID and the well being of others, I ask that only the client being serviced come to their appointment. No children or extra guests are permitted that are not being serviced unless under age of 10 yrs or have disabilities 🔴Please DETANGLE your hair before your appointment free of any kinks, knots, takedowns, glue, etc. before coming to your appointment ⚪️ Consultation fee is $50 ⚪️ With Consultation No shows or Late Cancellations, Due to it being the day of or within the 48hr window (Per Policy) You will be charged the full cost of the consultation $50 which IS NOT refundable nor transferable (unless unforeseen circumstances) the fee can be transferred to a new consult appointment ⚪️All Hair appointments are on a first come, first serve basis requiring a NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit. This deposit secures and guarantees the agreed date & time for your appointment ⚪️Please do not pay deposits BEFORE receiving confirmation of availability. Your remaining balance is due the day of service ⚪️ Methods of payments: Cash, Debit/Credit cards, Apple Pay, or Zelle ⚪️Any braiding service or Sew-in service requires 50% down deposit ⚪️ Rescheduling or Cancelling any appointment less than 48hrs prior to the date of your appointment will result in you losing your deposit having to pay another deposit which IS NOT refundable nor transferable to your next appointment ⚪️Due to the inconvenience of the Salon & the appointment scheduled for you, If you are a No show or cancel inside of the 48hr window prior to your appointment you loose your deposit You will be charged 100% cancellation fee plus an 2.6% convenience fee for no-shows or cancellations of the scheduled appointment the DAY OF, if within the policy timeframe of 48hrs (The day before) there is a 50% cancellation fee plus an 2.6% convenience fee. This will result in you having to pay another deposit for the next appointment that IS NOT refundable or transferable.
